College (Latin: collegium) is a term most often used today in the United States to denote a degree-awarding tertiary educational institution and in other English-speaking countries to refer to an academically oriented secondary school. More broadly, it can be the name of any group of colleagues, for example, an electoral college, a College of Arms or the College of Cardinals. Originally, it meant a group of persons living together, under a common set of rules (con- = "together" + leg- = "law" or lego = "I choose"); indeed, some colleges call their members "fellows". The precise usage of the term varies among the English-speaking countries. In the United States and Ireland, for example, the terms "college" and "university" may be regarded as loosely interchangeable, whereas in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other Commonwealth countries, a "college" is usually an institution between school and university level (although constituent schools within universities are sometimes known as "colleges").

How can you move Sims 2 college-bound students back to their original home for college?
Q. I have most of the expansions installed. Recently installed Freetime with the Desiderata Valley neighborhood. I started a family in the new Freetime neighborhood..then after raising a certain amount of kids, they were ready for college. I sent them off to college. However, I am unable to get them back to the starting home for them to go to college from there. I've tried everything I could think of, in relation to getting them 'home' for college, but with no luck. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

What is a good college where I can major in Photography and minor in Journalism?
Q. I have no idea what college I should go to but I want to major in Photography and minor in either Journalism or Photojournalism. My preference is that the college is in the Eastern United States, but I am open to suggestions. I also would like to attend college in a well-populated city or town. I don't want to go to a small college or university. I am open to any suggestions! Thanks.

A. I hear only amazing things about Humber College in Toronto (Canada). It's not in the heart of Toronto but still within its limits -- more of the suburbia side. Good thing about that is cheap housing! :P
